Welcome to a new chapter at Finca Miravalle
A new website, a new space and a new kitchen. Miravalle is opening a new chapter, and this journal is the first place we want to tell you about it.
The refurbished Meadow, ready for large-scale celebrations all year round
Some chapters make themselves felt the moment you come through the gate. The one now beginning at Miravalle is one of them. Over the past few months we have been working, with more enthusiasm than fanfare, to bring up to date everything that makes this estate a special place. Today we open it, and we want to tell you about it from the inside.
This is not a facelift. It is a change of direction with a single aim: that every event held here turns out better than the last. These are the three changes you will notice most.
The Meadow, fully refurbished
The most visible change is in The Meadow, our largest space. We have refurbished it from top to bottom: a new timber roof, lighting designed down to the last detail and a refit that leaves it ready to use all year round. The result is a warm, flexible room that can hold up to 1,000 guests for a drinks reception or 700 seated, without ever losing its sense of intimacy.
A new website, built to help you decide
The page you are reading is starting a new chapter too. We have rebuilt it to be faster, clearer and, above all, more useful: real capacities by format, the size of each space, current photographs and the answers to the most common questions gathered in one place. We want you to be able to compare and decide calmly, without extra phone calls.
Four culinary lines
And in the kitchen, alongside Grupo Life Gourmet, we are widening the offer with four culinary lines so that every celebration finds its own: Life Gourmet, Ramón Freixa Catering, Life Organic and Life Kosher. Four different ways to eat well, all prepared on the estate itself with seasonal produce.
This is only the beginning. We will be using this journal to tell you what is happening at Miravalle: real weddings, news from the estate, the kitchen from the inside and what we learn along the way. Thank you for joining us in this new chapter. See you in the Sierra.
