The Atrium

How far in advance should we book the date?
We recommend booking 12 to 18 months ahead, especially for spring and autumn dates. If your date is sooner than that, do write to us anyway: we sometimes have availability through cancellations.
How late can the celebration go on?
It depends on the space and the day of the week, but we always aim for the party to end when you want it to. We settle the details when we talk through your proposal.
Where can our guests stay?
We work with several hotels and country guesthouses in Guadarrama and the nearby villages. We will send you the list with prices and negotiated discounts so your guests can plan their arrival in good time.
Are the spaces ready for any time of year?
Yes. All three spaces are equipped to host a celebration at any time of year, through the hottest months and in the depths of winter. A celebration works just as well in August as it does in January.
Do you adapt the menus for allergies, intolerances or special diets?
Of course. Our kitchen prepares specific menus for every requirement: coeliac disease, allergies, vegetarian or vegan diets. We only need you to let us know in advance so we can design the alternative menu.
What happens if it rains on the wedding day?
No celebration here depends on the weather. The Atrium and The Gallery are glass-enclosed spaces where you celebrate under cover with the same light and the same views, so rain is never a problem: plan B is just as good as plan A.
Can we hold the civil ceremony at the estate?
Yes. We have spaces set up for the civil ceremony both outdoors and under glass, in The Atrium or The Gallery. Just tell us the format you have in mind.
Can we visit Miravalle before booking?
Of course, and we recommend it. We arrange a visit with no obligation so you can see the spaces in person, ask us anything and picture the day. Write to us and we will find a time that suits you.
Do you work with external suppliers?
The catering is always ours, prepared by Grupo Life Gourmet. For everything else (photography, music, décor, flowers) you are completely free to bring your own trusted suppliers, and we can also recommend ours, who already know the estate.
How many weddings do you host each year?
We take on a limited number of weddings each year so we can give each one the care it deserves. We are not an events factory: we would rather host fewer and be genuinely present in every detail.
Is the estate exclusively ours during the celebration?
Completely. Only one wedding takes place each day: the estate belongs entirely to you and your guests. You will not share the spaces, the team or the kitchen with any other celebration.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes. The estate has private parking inside the grounds for 340 vehicles, right next to the celebration space. Your guests park without a walk.
